If you are using a browser with Java 1.1 support, you need to select account type and then enter your code and password in the following window to launch the AMFCharts:

Set account type in the Account Type control (Demo or Real). Then enter your login and your password. If you don't have the login and the password yet, you may get them right now by opening a free demo account. Having entered your login and password, click the "Login" button. You should see a message in the white field below this button. If it reads "Connected", everything is OK. Should any other message appear there, it will mean an error. Please familiarize yourself with the error codes, and make the decision concerning error correction basing on the nature of the error.
