Released December 9, 2004. Two new intervals - the mOnth (O1) and the Year(Y1) were added. The time scale was redone once again. The help button was added to the Login window. A bug was fixed: an extra bar was present in weekly charts.

Released January 30, 2004. A bug fixed in visualisation of time scale after connection loss.

Released January 28, 2004. An ability to change the color scheme of Japanese candles was added. The algorithm of time scale drawing had been updated.

Released October 30, 2003. Two indicators (Volatility and Parabolic SAR) were added. An About item was added to the indicator pop-up menu. The indicator description is shown then this this item is chosen. Two new check boxes were added to the Login panel: QSS (Quote Spread Sheet) and News. The checkboxes show and hide corresponding windows. Distinct window icons were added for different types of windows.

Released June 4, 2003. AFMCharts can now be used with 1.4.x version of Sun Java Plug-in.

Released April 18, 2003. The bug was fixed: instead of scrolling the chart was zooming out when new bars were added.

Released April 17, 2003. The drawing algorithm has been updated significantly. As a result, the performance increased manifold particularly for havily populated charts. The trendlines can now be automatically tied up to the instrument values (press ALT button and draw). Two bugs have been fixed.

Released December 5, 2002. The interface for setting colors in charts and another graphical components has beed changed. It's now possible to copy numeric data of visible lines to clipboard. The AFMCharts applet was signed with a security certificate. This was necessary in order to gain access to the clipboard and to improve product protection. AFMCharts can now be switched to offline mode. Minor bug was fixed.

Released May 29, 2002. An Account Type control was added to the Login window to facilitate transition to the new trading system. It should be set to Old for any old trading system account. For the new trading system it should be set according to the account type (Demo, Contest, or Real) (AFMSystem).

Released February 25, 2002. A bug was fixed which sometimes locked up the charts graphic subsystem.

Released October 2, 2001. On Vladimir S's request, the new scrollbar design was changed. Two buttons "-" and "+" were added for better useability. The current price marker (CLOSE) was added by multiple requests. A bug which sometimes stopped chat updates, was fixed.

Released September 3, 2001. A new scalable scrollbar control is now in use. It can both scale and scroll the chart. It is now possible to load BID or ASK quotes separately. For example - "USDJPY-BID,M5" or "USDJPY-ASK,M5". � bug which sometimes locked out charts, was fixed.

Released February 13, 2001. One bug, related to trying to plot Volume on ticks, was fixed. A feature was added on request of Silence. It is now possible to move subcharts around by clicking "Move Up" and "Move Down" in popup menu.

Released February 6, 2001. A "Refresh" button was added to the Login window. This button allows to reload all charts at once. Two minor bugs were fixed in multiline indicators (e.g. MACD). Substantially reduced the size of profile.

Released November 22, 2000. A "Save Now" button was added to the Login window. This button allows to save configuration at any time, without the need to logout. As a result, the setting of "Save settings on exit" can be saved.
A bug related to saving indicator configuration was fixed.
The News processing was improved.

Released December 01, 1999. On numerous requests weekly interval (W1) was added to the charts. An error was corrected.

Released November 16, 1999. On Vladimir V.'s request the indicator Median Price was added. The pop-up menu was made possible to call not only by right clicking the mouse, but also by pushing Shift simultaneously with left clicking. It is useful for one-button mouse users. A few errors were corrected.

Released September 29, 1999. The Fibonacci Arc representation was brought in compliance with the generally accepted (Reuters, CQG) standards. Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) was added to the available instruments.
