How to withdraw

You can withdraw either part of money, or all the money from the account. In the latter case the account is automatically closed.

Before withdrawal of some amount from the account, make sure that you don't have open positions (see paragraph 4.2 Trading Rules).

Then go to Personal Cabinet, click the icon Change deposit next to the account, choose “Withdraw from account the amount” and enter the amount. If you withdraw all the money and close the account, note it in comments. You need to enter proper bank details for money transfer.

Notes:
  1. If you transfer the funds to foreign currency account, all the bank details including recipient should be in Latin.
  2. Upon transfer the bank deducts the fee of $30 (thirty US Dollars) not depending from the transfer amount and beneficiary bank. For so called express money orders there is a different fee, the amount of which may vary and agree on personal basis.
  3. If the deposit was transferred via WebMoney, then the withdrawal can be made to the same account.
  4. If by some reason you cannot access Personal Cabinet, send the withdrawal application by fax, or support form, attaching the scanned application file. The application must be signed by the account holder, or co-holder. The signature must match the one in Application for Subaccount Opening. The application can be of optional form. It must contain the last and first name of the account holder, the account number (for account number see here), amount and bank details for the transfer.
