Article 361. Guarantee Agreement

By the Guarantee Agreement the guarantor accepts an obligation before the creditor of a guranteed party to be responsible for the fulfillment by the latter of its obligation completely or in part.

The guarantee agreement can also be entered for the fulfillment of an obligation which may arise hereafter.
