 The newsgroups are intended primarily as a means of communication between the traders and a forum for discussing issues of general interest.
If you submit a private question to a newsgroup, we will understand that you address the other traders and wish to know their opinion. We don't usually answer such letters to a newsgroup.
If you submit a letter to a newsgroup and put in the attention of "The Management of Akmos", "The Management", and so on, we will consider it an open letter, by whose virtue you invite the management of the company to enter into a public discussion with you. As with any other invitation, this invitation may be either accepted or declined by us. It is the issues which, in our opinion, are of wide interest, that we discuss. If you desire the participation of the management in the discussion, you should specify it in your message.
Advertising in the newsgroups is not encouraged, but is allowed if all following conditions are met:
- Goods or services directly related to Forex are advertised.
- Only one ad and only in the newsgroup Akmos.en.general is placed.
- It is done no more often, than once a month.
Please keep in mind that all messages in the newsgroup contain the address (IP) of the computer they were sent from. If the message was sent directly, the address can be found in the the NNTP-Posting-Host: field of the message header. If the message was sent through our web gateway, it is in the X-Originating-IP (X-User-Info:) field. In the latter case the NNTP-Posting-Host: field contains an IP address of our computer where the gateway is installed. These addresses are publicly accessible and may be used in our replies to you, for example.
