90% of all letters are answered within 2 hours of receipt. The remaining 10% of the letters (these are, usually, the cases requiring additional research or verification) are answered within one working day from receipt. The most probable cause of not receiving any answer after one working day is a wrong return address on your message or some other mail problem. Please make sure that your mail works and is properly configured.

Please do not send messages to the personal addresses of Dealing Center employees. Personal messages will be read by the addressee only. Should the staff member be absent, sick or on vacation, you will not have your question answered or the answer will be delayed.
