A: Real-time quotes are sent immediately. Historical quotes can be automatically downloaded every 2 minutes. Manual downloads can be done as often as needed.

Q: There seems to be a difference in time between bars in AFMCharts and AFM IDLe equal to the interval.
A: For historical reasons time of a bar in AFMCharts is the time of opening the bar. AFM IDLe is not a charting application. It relies on data presentation capabilities of other applications. All currently supported tech analysis applications (MetaStock, TradeStation, Ensign for Windows) set bar time to the time of its closing.
Q: MetaStock does not show the current daily bar.
A: AFM IDLe cannot add bar to the history before it's complete. MetaStock cannot create daily (and longer) data by itself from current quotes. If you really need a current daily bar take data for any intraday interval (for example H1) and chart it as daily (Periodicity item from the pop-up menu on the chart's time axis).
