  1. Q: My demo account has expired. How can I renew it?

    A: You can renew your account in the Account managment section.

  2. Q: I am trying to renew my account, but get an error message. What should I do?

    A: Please read the error message carefuly. It explains the reason why your action has failed. If you still have questions, please contact technical support.

  3. Q: I am trying to open a new demo account, but get an error message. How can I get a new demo account?

    A: Please read the error message carefuly. It explains the reason why your action has failed. If you still have questions, please contact technical support.

  4. Q: A few weeks ago I registered a demo account. I want to access it again. How can I do it?

    A: Expired demo account are removed weekly on Saturdays. Once the account is removed, it cannot be restored. Please add a new account in the Account managment section.

  5. Q: I enter correct login and password but get an error "Invalid login or password" or "Invalid Password". Why doesn't it work?

    A: Please make sure that your account has not expired, and, if needed, renew it. If your computer supports national character set, make sure that you switched your keyboard to English.

  6. Q: I registered a demo account, but did not receive the registration letter. Why?

    A: It usually happens when an incorrect e-mail address is specified. To check if the address is working, please send an e-mail to it and verify if the message gets delivered and how long it takes. If you are using a free mail box (such as hotmail.com or mail.com), please notice that mail is frequently lost there. If you discovered that you supplied an invalid e-mail address, please register again using corrected data. If you registered using valid and working e-mail address, but still did not receive a registration letter, technical support.

  7. Q: How do you use my e-mail address which you collect during registration?

    A: Your e-mail address and (for security reasons) your computer IP address are logged in the database. Your e-mail address is immediately used for sending a registration letter. When you enter your account for the first time and only if you checked the "Use this address for sending you updates and information." field in the registration form, your address will be recorded in our mailing list. If you did not use your account, no further mail of any kind will be sent to you. If you used your account, but removed the mark from the box, no correspondence will be sent to you, except for the account expiration warnings. We also reserve a right to use your address for contacting you personally in case there are important technical or operational matters specific to you.
