Q: How do I transfer the deposit?
A: Please transfer the deposit directly to your account. You will receive all required transfer details, including account number, right after signing the agreement. If you signed the agreement over the Internet, you will receive the subaccount number by e-mail.
Q: Can I use the deposit as a regular bank account - for paying bills, issuing credit cards and so on?
A: No. It can only be used as a security deposit for trading Forex.
Q: How can I withdraw part or all of the money from my account?
A: Please send a free-form request by FAX or regular mail. It's explained in detail here.
Q: How much can I earn with the minimum deposit?
A: Trader is considered successfull if his/her monthly profit over a long period of time is 10-15%. It should be noted, that it is not too difficult to show high monthly profit (50-100%) with the minimum deposit. On the other hand, it's equally easy to loose the whole deposit. Consequently, we recommend $5-10 thousand monimum deposit.

Q: Can I issue trading orders around the clock?
A: Yes, you have 24 hours access to the market through the Internet, as well as ability to close positions over the phone.
Q: Can I keep an open position for several days or do I have to close it in the end of a bank day or week?
A: You can keep your position for indefinitely long time. Please remember, rolling your position over midnight may incure comission. The sum is either added or subtracted from the account according to swap rules.
Q: Can I call you and issue a trading order over the phone?
A: Yes, you can call 24 hours operator, ask for a quote and issue close orders (Market, Stop or Limit).
Q: Is Akmos Trade insured?
A: Yes, our financial responsibility is insured with clients being the beneficiaries, in amount of US$2 million. We would like to mention, that we are the only insured Russian Forex broker.
